Order Processing

Transit & Tracking

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

We deliver exclusively within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Once your package is prepared for transit, a confirmation email containing carrier tracking details will be sent immediately to your registered address.

Estimated transit times range from 3 to 7 business days. While we partner with reliable national carriers, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

30-Day Return Window

Refund Processing

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any items back to our California facility.

Refunds are credited directly to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
